Yummy Christmas Dinner

Thank you for the beef certificate, Uncle Rob & Aunt Martha. Daddy cooked up a beautiful rib roast encrusted with garlic and horseradish. Francis enjoyed it too along with the fennel mashed potatoes and asparagus. Yummy, yummy, yummy!
